About the Role

This role sits within ABB’s Measurement & Analytics division in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, supporting service delivery for industrial instrumentation and analyzer solutions. The position reports to the Service Manager and serves as the main customer contact during the execution of service assignments at site.

ABB works with industries to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. The Measurement & Analytics business supports sectors such as oil and gas, chemicals, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, and marine through smart measurement, analytics, and digital solutions for device management, condition checks, and predictive maintenance.

The Service Coordinator is responsible for making sure site service work is planned, coordinated, and completed according to ABB and customer standards, processes, and policies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow up on service invoicing by ensuring all documents are complete and working with the Sales team until the invoice is issued.
  • Handle reporting and documentation requirements and ensure data is entered into the system promptly.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work with other coordinators to allocate Field Service Engineer resources efficiently and maximize completion of service requests and contract delivery.
  • Partner with project managers to arrange project support when Field Service Engineers are involved.
  • Coordinate with operations managers to improve utilization, support scheduled deliverables, and meet planned service obligations.
  • Track project milestones, align with stakeholders, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time.
