Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

This position calls for a seasoned engineering specialist who can lead technical support for sophisticated infrastructure assignments. The role combines client engagement, engineering problem-solving, team coordination, and service delivery oversight to help ensure projects are completed to the required quality, safety, and operational benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture effective working relationships with key clients and project stakeholders.
• Offer engineering direction and hands-on technical assistance across all stages of the project.
• Work with internal departments and external contractors to manage installation, operations, and maintenance work.
• Diagnose complicated technical problems and implement solutions that reduce interruption to operations.
• Track service performance against agreed KPIs and operational targets.
• Draft technical documentation, project status updates, and engineering reports.
• Maintain adherence to engineering codes, quality management processes, and health, safety, and environment expectations.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and broader operational excellence efforts.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• At least 10 years of experience working in infrastructure, utilities, or other large-scale engineering settings.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work directly with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication, along with solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
