Role Summary

The Senior Security Operations Engineer will take a hands-on role managing and enhancing key enterprise security platforms covering endpoints, servers, networks, and secure access. Collaborating closely with infrastructure, network, IT, and engineering teams, this position aims to strengthen security operations, ensure high service reliability, and automate critical security technology processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CrowdStrike deployment on user devices and servers, including defining sensor policies, detection tuning, and response playbooks.
• Manage and support Zscaler products ZIA, ZDX, and ZPA by overseeing policy lifecycles, tunnel configurations, app connector health, and monitoring user experience.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, VPN, secure access, and SASE-related issues.
• Support security operations including incident management and root cause investigations across managed platforms.
• Automate repetitive tasks, reporting, and integrations using APIs and scripting techniques.
• Deploy and manage security configurations using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines following Infrastructure as Code best practices and change management protocols.
• Leverage generative AI applications to enhance operational processes, troubleshooting efficiency, and team productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in security operations, endpoint security, network security, or security engineering roles.
• Practical expertise with CrowdStrike across user and server environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Zscaler ZIA, ZDX, ZPA, or similar SASE technologies.
• Experience in identifying and resolving network, VPN, and SASE-related operational problems in enterprise settings.
• Proficiency with APIs, scripting, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
