About the Role
The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue increases, expanding market share, and strengthening the brand's presence. This leadership position demands managing teams, budgeting, analyzing trends, and collaborating across departments to fulfill business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities to fuel business expansion.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Track sales performance metrics and refine approaches accordingly.
- Build and sustain impactful relationships with key clients and partners.

- Manage and optimize the marketing budget efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to capture customer preferences and trends.
- Collaborate with product development to ensure offerings meet market requirements.
- Work closely with customer service to uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure unified strategy execution.
- Generate detailed reports on sales and marketing performance, applying data analytics to evaluate campaign success and guide decisions.
- Enhance brand visibility and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing with demonstrated success.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation for informed decision-making.
