Position Overview

Join the Korn Ferry Recruitment Process Outsourcing team in Singapore as a Senior Recruiter focused on technology roles. This onsite position at Depot Road offers a dynamic, full-time opportunity to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for prominent business units. You will serve as a subject matter expert on applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing techniques, and enhancing recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle for several high-priority divisions, emphasizing direct sourcing and promoting diversity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies ensuring optimal hires.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with stakeholders and hiring teams.
• Leverage all direct sourcing platforms to generate strong candidate pipelines and create targeted talent pools.
• Act as a recruitment best practice ambassador within the organization supporting service delivery goals.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, including talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Track essential recruitment metrics and guarantee accurate data reporting integrity.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven extensive background in recruitment with RPO services or internal hiring in global companies.
• Prior expertise hiring for engineering positions within the technology sector.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret recruitment data reports and recommend innovative process improvements.
• Skilled in developing sourcing methods such as market mapping, strategic recruitment plans, Boolean search queries, and ATS utilization.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and effectively manage ambiguity.
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and professional networking capabilities.
• Engagement in diverse talent acquisition projects.

Additional Information

• Hybrid work arrangement: three days onsite at Depot Road, two days remote.
• This role is a permanent position with Korn Ferry.
