Senior Officer - Technical Services

Main Objective of the Role

The role focuses on executing Continuous Airworthiness Management responsibilities encompassing a variety of technical service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee aircraft induction procedures within the flydubai maintenance management system (AMOS).
• Evaluate technical requirements for aircraft lease returns and issue relevant work instructions for compliance.
• Review and implement non-mandatory modifications to the aircraft.
• Compile, examine, and analyze technical data pertinent to safety investigations.
• Generate reports concerning non-mandatory aircraft modifications.
• Update and assess technical queries raised by internal teams, ensuring current status is reflected.
• Analyze and challenge claims related to customer-induced damages as classified by the pool provider.
• Handle activities linked to aircraft software management.
• Perform reliability analysis on designated systems and components.
• Manage progress and execution of technical projects assigned to the Technical Services department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree with at least three years duration.
• Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English language.
• Minimum three years’ experience in airline operational disciplines such as Engineering or Maintenance.
• Familiarity with the AMOS system is preferred.
• Professional experience ranges between three to five years including qualifications.

Information Security Requirements (ISR)

Adherence to company ISR policies is mandatory. This includes prompt reporting of any system vulnerabilities or incidents to immediate supervisors or the Information Security team, completion of all required ISR awareness training, and strict compliance with related security guidelines during daily operations.
