About the Role
The Senior Manager of Learning and Development is instrumental to the progressive growth and expansion initiatives at Urban Plates. This role works closely with Operations to design, develop, and oversee the comprehensive learning functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The focus is on the ongoing enhancement, administration, and evolution of training programs, systems, and processes dedicated to both Team Members and Managers. Employing a variety of innovative methods and leveraging technology such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), this position aims to increase employee engagement, boost productivity, and foster a culture of innovation.
