Senior Manager

Role Overview

This position involves managing high-risk and high-value commercial asset portfolios by working directly with borrowers and third parties to resolve stressed assets. The Senior Manager will coordinate closely with financial institutions and oversee various stages from case management to property sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of high-risk and high-value commercial loan portfolios, engaging individuals and third parties to handle stressed assets.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for empanelment, case allocations, and periodic case resolution reporting.
• Maintain detailed MIS reports on portfolio status by gathering feedback from bankers and completing ground assessments.
• Conduct frequent onsite visits to borrowers and mortgaged properties across assigned accounts.
• Oversee legal processes including application reviews filed with District and Metropolitan Magistrates, arrange police collaborations, and participate in property seizure operations for significant accounts.
• Supervise local staff and associates, liaise with headquarters' back-end teams for documentation, monitor security protocols, and enforce SOP compliance among staff.
• Lead efforts for property sales by engaging with dealers and identifying prospective buyers.
• Manage and monitor property auctions.
• Oversee billing and fee recovery processes, coordinating with bankers as necessary.
• Provide weekly progress reports to senior management covering case updates, billing, and marketing activities.

Training and Development

Comprehensive training will be provided covering applicable laws such as the SARFAESI Act, procedural guidelines, documentation standards, SOPs, and practical knowledge. Ongoing instructions and support will accompany daily activities.
