As an Instructional Designer at Doppel, you will craft compelling and scalable educational programs aimed at employees and customers, enhancing product knowledge and enabling users to maximize value from Doppel's solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive learning experiences that boost product adoption, mastery, and facilitate impactful customer results.
• Implement instructional design guidelines, templates, and strategies to ensure engaging and visually appealing educational content is scalable.
• Create programs such as onboarding, tailored learning paths, interactive e-learning modules, certifications, assessment tools, and performance aids for internal staff and external clients.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering teams, and subject specialists to detect learning needs and uncover opportunities to enhance user engagement and value realization.
• Construct customer-facing educational initiatives that cultivate confidence, best practice adoption, and meaningful engagement with Doppel’s offerings.
• Evaluate the success of learning initiatives by analyzing engagement metrics, adoption rates, skill proficiency, and business outcomes, refining content in response to gathered data.

Requirements

• At least seven years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, customer education, enablement, curriculum development, or equivalent expertise.
• Proven ability to create comprehensive learning programs, curricula, certifications, and pathways tailored for both technical and non-technical participants.
• In-depth understanding of instructional design frameworks, adult learning theories, and learning assessment techniques.
• Skilled in producing polished, interactive, and scalable digital education experiences that promote adoption and competency.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar applications.
• Strong graphic and visual design awareness with the capability to deliver sleek and intuitive learner-focused experiences; experience in multimedia production or UX design is advantageous.
• Experienced in creating evaluative content including assessments, certifications, interactive activities, and support materials.
• Adept at translating complex and technical information into clear, engaging, and actionable learning assets.
• Excellent abilities in communication, team collaboration, project oversight, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and subject experts to design effective educational solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities and product offerings evolve rapidly.
• Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, trust and safety, or enterprise software education is highly preferred.
• A curious and resourceful approach to challenges and problem-solving.

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 USD.
