Senior HSSE Lead

Job Overview

This pivotal role at JLL places you at the forefront of creating and sustaining a healthy, safe, and environmentally sustainable workplace. You will lead safety efforts across projects to ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety review meetings with project and design teams at project initiation.
• Ensure all high-risk activities are supported by appropriate Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS).
• Promote workplace safety by performing site inspections, generating risk reports, and executing timely safety corrections.
• Organize weekly safety meetings to reinforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with project and operations managers to maintain safe working environments.
• Drive safety awareness by educating stakeholders through sharing best practices and success stories.
• Mentor and coach safety officers and non-safety personnel regularly.
• Maintain valid professional safety licenses and ensure their timely renewal.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 20 years’ experience specializing in construction safety, with mandatory expertise in Data Center safety management during construction phases.
• Possession of relevant safety licenses and proven experience conducting safety trainings.
• Proficient in project safety systems, processes, tools, and industry best practices.
