Role overview
Agglestone Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, producing clean and efficient code, and using AI as a productivity enhancer rather than a replacement for strong engineering judgment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in building software that stands out to other developers.
The position offers ownership over the development of entire modules inside a large enterprise-grade system. You will also be expected to work directly in the codebase while coordinating and directing AI agents as part of the development process.
What you will work on
- Take end-to-end ownership of software modules within a complex enterprise application.
- Build and maintain modern full-stack features using React and C# / ASP.NET Core.
- Work with PostgreSQL-backed systems and ensure solid performance across the stack.
- Use AI development tools effectively for planning, coding, debugging, and reviewing code.
- Contribute to high-quality engineering practices and thoughtful technical decision-making.
Experience and technical expectations
- At least 5 years of commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
- At least 3 years of experience building modern applications with React.
- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture and application performance.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools for development work.
