Role Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with over five years of practice in building scalable, efficient web applications using React.js and Node.js. You'll join our product engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of widely used customer-facing products while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable full-stack applications leveraging React.js and Node.js.
• Create user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance front-end interfaces.
• Build secure, reusable, and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Convert product requirements into technically sound solutions.
• Enhance application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code following best practices.
• Engage in system design, architectural discussions, and technical decisions.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams across the product lifecycle.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, production issues, and technical debt.
• Continuously refine development processes, tools, and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing scalable distributed and microservices architectures.
• Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest and Cypress.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
