Through cutting-edge financial technology, the company aims to boost operational productivity and foster a stronger, more dependable payroll system within Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a preference for strong accounting expertise.
- Have 2 to 5 years of professional background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing variances.
- Experience in preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Track record supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Hands-on experience performing financial reconciliations, detailed financial analysis, and data validation.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, accruals, prepayments, and management of fixed assets.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax and Zakat laws is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced formula usage.
- Experience in financial modeling, preparing budgets, forecasting, and variance reporting techniques.
- Proficient in using Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools for data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP.
- Strong analytical capacity to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to develop concise financial reports and management summaries.
