Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

Mohammad A. Al Habib & Sons Holding Company invites applications for the Senior Financial Analyst position. Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in analyzing multi-asset class investments are encouraged to apply. The role requires expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, due diligence, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze investment opportunities in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Public Equity sectors.
• Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and Comparable Company Analysis (Comps).
• Perform thorough due diligence, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to determine critical value factors and risks.
• Prepare and support presentation materials for senior stakeholders including executive management, investment committees, and the Board.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the Investment team, ensuring efficient communication and coordination between departments.
• Assist with the operational management of investments such as capital calls, distributions, and tracking investment performance across different assets.
• Work collaboratively with external partners including asset managers, legal advisors, financial consultants, and joint-venture associates for transaction execution and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated 3 to 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience in multi-asset classes.
• CFA certification or similar professional credential is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and strong presentation capabilities.
• Capability to independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
