About the Role
JSW Sports is seeking a Senior Executive in Human Resources to join their Mumbai office. This position involves partnering operationally with business leaders, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, and ensuring that HR strategies align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, engagement, career progression, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership to comprehend workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions to support business objectives.
- Lead initiatives in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and professional development.
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and HR governance standards.
- Track employee engagement and retention rates; develop programs that foster a positive workplace environment.
- Analyze HR-related data to provide insights for workforce planning and strategic decisions.
- Support organizational change efforts and assist in business transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an analogous discipline.
- Between zero to two years experience in HR with exposure to business partnering and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
