Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced engineering solutions tailored for heavy lifting and transport projects.
• Create and deliver detailed method statements, engineering drawings, calculations, and risk assessments.
• Make independent decisions on engineering methods and equipment selection to guarantee project safety and efficiency.
• Oversee and adapt engineering plans during project execution to accommodate evolving conditions or requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for engineering staff while ensuring comprehensive management of engineering scope.
• Consult with Operations, Sales, and Project Management teams on technical feasibility, risks, and trade-offs.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and reviewed engineering documentation following international standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 4 years of relevant engineering experience involving advanced and complex solutions.
• Professional expertise in engineering operational practices, heavy lifting and transport (HLT) equipment, internal codes, and standards.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven background in sectors such as civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining is advantageous.
