Senior Developer Relations Manager - Generative AI

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager specializing in emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Sovereign AI. This critical role involves collaborating with software providers, developers, and industry experts to foster the adoption of NVIDIA's cutting-edge AI and computing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain profound technical knowledge in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI models handling multimodal data, serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver within Sovereign AI developer ecosystems.
• Enhance critical workflows by showcasing and embedding NVIDIA’s software tools, libraries, SDKs, and blueprints into partner products and platforms.
• Support partners through onboarding and integration, delivering technical materials such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines to expedite adoption of Sovereign AI technologies and encourage co-development of advanced solutions.
• Analyze and oversee the developer ecosystem to uncover growth prospects and collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to shape roadmaps and maximize partner adoption.
• Engage technical leaders from partners to promote best integration practices, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing feedback to NVIDIA’s product teams.
• Maintain deep understanding of Sovereign AI technologies and use cases relevant to both governmental and enterprise adopters.
• Identify new workflows, diagnose barriers to ISV adoption, and report insights to product teams.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA’s partner managers, solution architects, business development managers, regional Sovereign AI groups, sales, and marketing teams.
• The role involves extensive use of conferencing tools with some required travel; candidates are empowered to find optimal methods to achieve success.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the tech industry including software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management; with 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and VLMs applied in enterprise ISV software development or government workflows.
• Proven track record in leading and expanding developer programs within large tech companies or relevant industry verticals.
• Deep technical expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and VLM software, especially for areas such as smart cities, healthcare, citizen services robotics, cloud computing, and AI/ML applications.
• Experience in guiding technical collaborations including architectural design, code reviews, mentorship, and conducting technical presentations or workshops.
• Strong ability to manage complex technical projects, negotiate requirements, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including sales, legal, and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
• Hands-on expertise in software architecture design, implementation, and programming.
• A high level of enthusiasm for AI technologies, continuous learning, self-driven focus on outcomes, and empathy toward developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or optimizing vertical-specific solutions using Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and VLM in software workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms with familiarity with NVIDIA AI frameworks such as NEMO, TRT, TRITON, Nemotron Models, RAPIDS, CUDA, and skills in vertical-specific model or algorithm optimization.
• Successful experience building and scaling developer communities and implementing impactful technical enablement initiatives.
• Competence in designing systems to assess developer sentiment and monitor market trends, converting ecosystem insights into actionable strategies for Sovereign AI.
• Expertise in establishing frameworks to capture developer feedback and market changes, facilitating strategic product and industry planning focused on Sovereign AI and government/citizen service workflows.
