Role Overview
This opportunity is offered by a partner organization seeking a Senior Content & Communications Manager based in Canada, dedicated to developing and enhancing a comprehensive global communication framework. The role focuses on brand development, product marketing, editorial content, website messaging, and social media outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine an integrated multi-channel content and communication approach across product marketing, brand messaging, editorial features, social media, newsletters, case studies, presentations, and other client-facing documentation.
- Create detailed content schedules, set priorities, and manage communications calendars to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Produce, revise, and enhance high-quality communication assets, upholding consistent brand voice and editorial standards.
- Translate complex technical product details into engaging and commercially persuasive narratives supporting product marketing efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including product management, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO, and external agencies to secure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Maintain and elevate website content quality by reviewing messaging, updating copy, supporting landing page optimization, and promoting conversion-driven communication.
- Manage PR-related communications by reviewing materials, securing alignment with positioning, prioritizing publications, and maintaining high standards.
- Coordinate social media messaging efforts by reviewing content and ensuring alignment across channels for consistent communication.
- Partner with SEO experts to apply content optimization techniques while preserving editorial integrity and authenticity.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, novel communication formats, AI-assisted workflows, and innovative storytelling methods to continually advance communication processes.
- Implement structured content operations including tracking mechanisms, reporting frameworks, workflow optimizations, and interdepartmental coordination techniques.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in strategic roles encompassing content management, communications, or product marketing.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming sector, including knowledge of Turnkey, White Label solutions, Casino, Sportsbook, PAM, and platform architectures.
- Expertise in B2B communications, product positioning, and commercial narrative development.
- Exceptional skills in English writing, editing, proofreading, and maintaining editorial quality with acute attention to detail.
- Proven track record in producing diverse, high-quality content suitable for multiple communication formats and channels.
- Ability to manage a variety of projects, communication streams, and priorities autonomously.
- Strong research aptitude to analyze market trends and integrate insights into communication strategies.
- Knowledge of content performance indicators including KPIs and social media metrics.
- Experience responsibly leveraging AI-driven content tools while ensuring factual accuracy and preserving content authenticity.
- Effective at stakeholder collaboration across various teams and with external partners.
- Proactive, well-organized, creative, strategic thinker capable of overseeing projects in dynamic environments.
