Overview
Join a dynamic team at Changi Airport Group dedicated to advancing the operational and commercial IT infrastructure of the airport. This position involves collaborating with internal teams and technology partners to identify needs, assess potential solutions, and oversee technology-driven transformation projects. You will support and enhance systems that improve airport services, retail functions, and the dining and shopping checkout experience at Changi Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive insight into airport and commercial operations, including key parties, systems, and workflows.
- Work alongside vendors and stakeholders to develop, deploy, and maintain IT and cybersecurity solutions that align with contractual, operational, and security prerequisites.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to track system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage projects and daily operational tasks to ensure IT solutions are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Foster strong professional relationships with stakeholders and industry collaborators.
- Keep abreast of relevant industry trends and advise on potential impacts and necessary actions.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
- Analytical and team-focused with a strong sense of accountability; solid IT knowledge complemented by effective problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for learning and innovating with emerging technologies to enhance operational processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of IT industry experience in software development, technical troubleshooting, project management, or operational support.
- Experience working with retail or point-of-sale (POS) systems, lease management, digital display technologies, or content management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to evaluate solution designs, confirm technical feasibility, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security protocols.
- Good foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, cloud computing platforms (such as AWS or Azure), and IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and databases.
- Project management certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.
- Fresh graduates demonstrating strong potential are encouraged to apply.
