About the Role
Ahana Hospitals invites applications for a proactive and well-organized Management Executive role to assist the CEO with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks spanning various hospital branches. The position entails managing the CEO’s schedule, organizing meetings, handling travel plans, preparing documentation and reports, and maintaining consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO's calendar, appointments, and schedules efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondences.
- Compile reports, presentations, MIS, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate with department heads and branches to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor pending assignments and ensure deadlines are met promptly.
- Follow up on action items and escalate issues when delays occur.
- Accompany the CEO during branch visits, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Organize meetings, workshops, executive reviews, and other functions.
- Plan travel itineraries, accommodations, and local transportation.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and protect confidential documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, government offices, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and collect information as needed by management.
- Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently with professionalism.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
