About the Role
Join ATPATA, a rapidly expanding Indian food startup, as an Executive Assistant working closely with the Founder. This position is designed for individuals who are disciplined, honest, proactive, and have a strong desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to the Founder.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Support sales initiatives, handle customer follow-ups, and assist in business development efforts.
- Manage tasks related to Amazon and quick-commerce platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and business documents.
- Assist with recruitment processes including interview coordination and hiring support.
- Support marketing and social media campaigns.
- Ensure all assigned responsibilities are completed promptly with proper documentation.
- Be available for travel as needed in urgent situations to aid business operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.

Compensation
