Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to lead multiple cross-functional development teams in delivering high-value solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Scrum certification and significant experience working with various teams, especially in system integration and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for several development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to keep product backlogs prioritized and actionable.
• Identify and remove blockers, promote continuous process improvements, and ensure teams meet sprint objectives.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Manage dependencies and communication among development, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams.
• Support technical projects such as integrations and data migrations across teams.
• Monitor and report Agile performance metrics like velocity and burndown charts to drive enhancements.
• Encourage transparency, trust, and open communication within all teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master in software development settings.
• Experienced in managing multiple development groups using varied technologies.
• Proven track record with system integrations and migration initiatives.
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Jira for Agile workflow management.
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields preferred; equivalent experience also acceptable.
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Technical background or understanding of software engineering concepts beneficial.
• Experience in enterprise-level Agile environments involving multiple teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position in Massachusetts is $125,000 to $135,000 annually.
