SAP IS Utilities Specialist - Device Management

Role Overview

This role encompasses providing comprehensive support and upkeep for the SAP ISU Device Management modules within the Application Management Services (AMS) framework. The candidate will be responsible for incident handling, service request resolution, and troubleshooting various device-related issues in the SAP ISU environment. Ensuring seamless operation of device lifecycle activities, such as installation, removal, replacement, and inspection, will be key functions of the position.

Primary Duties

• Manage daily operations and maintenance for SAP ISU Device Management components.
• Address incidents and fulfill service requests efficiently, resolving device-related challenges.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of device data throughout the SAP ISU system.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
• Contribute to system upgrades, patching processes, and comprehensive testing of device management features.
• Create and update detailed documentation concerning device management workflows, configurations, and customizations.
• Support seamless integration between SAP ISU modules like Billing, Customer Service, and Work Management, as well as with external platforms.
• Engage in root cause analyses and initiatives aimed at continuous improvements of device management processes.
