SAP Ariba Consultant / Lead Consultant

Overview

We seek a seasoned SAP Ariba Consultant with 8 to 15 years of proven experience in SAP Procurement solutions and hands-on SAP Ariba project implementations across India. The role involves comprehensive responsibilities encompassing implementation, integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA systems, business process consultancy, solution architecture, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key Duties

• Steer the full lifecycle of SAP Ariba implementation, supporting, and enhancement projects.
• Engage with business units to extract requirements and translate them into tailored SAP Ariba solutions.
• Configure and fine-tune SAP Ariba modules aligning with organizational needs.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, procurement departments, and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Craft integration frameworks linking SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Execute fit-gap analyses and advocate for best practices within procurement processes.
• Oversee data migration, rigorous testing, deployment phases, and activities following go-live.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and partner with technical teams for implementation.
• Lead workshops, end-user training programs, and knowledge transfer sessions effectively.
• Deliver production-level support addressing complex procurement issues.
• Initiate and drive continuous enhancements within Source-to-Pay processes.

Required Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules including Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Guided Buying, Catalog Management, and optionally Supplier Risk.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP Business Network, and integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as IDocs, Web Services, APIs, and middleware concepts.

Additional Information

Employment is full-time, based in Mumbai, India (or Pan India locations). Candidates must be any graduates with substantial experience in SAP Ariba consulting. The compensation package ranges between INR 2,250,000 to 3,750,000 annually.
