Role Overview
The role involves managing packaging samples by verifying incoming samples, determining which ones need to be forwarded, printing necessary documentation, and ensuring proper packaging and dispatch. This position demands precision in handling samples as well as coordination with shipping methods and addresses.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify received packaging samples to identify those designated for shipment.
- Generate required printouts associated with the selected samples for dispatch.
- Properly align and pack the samples ensuring they are secure for transit.
- Manage the entire shipping process by choosing the correct recipient address and selecting the appropriate courier or AKK service.
