Kingdom of Beauty is a premium salon, spa, and wellness facility situated within a private villa in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi. It provides expert haircuts, coloring, nail care, facial treatments, massages, a signature Moroccan bath ritual, and a café experience. Additionally, a Pilates studio is set to open by September 2026. Formerly part of an international franchise, it now operates independently as an Emirati-founded brand emphasizing high-quality service standards consistently.

Role Overview

The Salon Manager role is a full-time position based on-site in Abu Dhabi. The manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across salon, spa, and wellness services to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience. Key duties include managing and mentoring staff, scheduling shifts, enforcing service and hygiene standards, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing customer communications and feedback, liaising with corporate wellness clients, controlling inventory and supplier relationships, and assisting with promotional efforts and service packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintain coordination among hair, nails, spa treatments, and café services.
• Coach and lead the team to achieve consistent high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
• Maintain hygiene protocols and health safety standards within the facility.
• Participate actively on the floor to support service providers and maintain service quality.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns sensitively to uphold luxury standards.
• Collaborate with corporate wellness partners to deliver tailored team wellness programs.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor inventory levels for smooth operations.
• Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns and package offerings.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of cosmetology and hair care services to support and evaluate team performance.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities to engage effectively with guests, employees, and partners.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and people management within salon, spa, or hospitality settings.
• Proven skills in operations management, including scheduling, inventory control, and sanitation compliance.
• Leadership capability to maintain a calm, professional, and luxury-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and familiarity with office software and booking platforms.
• Professional certifications or training in beauty, wellness, or hospitality management is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
