You’ll join a well-known travel brand where your work helps customers discover, plan and book trips that suit their needs, whether that means a quick domestic escape or a once-in-a-lifetime international holiday. This role is based in a retail store in Willetton, Western Australia and follows a rotating roster across seven-day trading.

What you’ll do

• Work full-time from the store, covering shifts across a 7-day trading week on a rotating roster.
• Create itineraries, arrange bookings, and turn enquiries into confirmed travel plans in person, by phone and by email.
• Work to individual sales targets and KPIs while selling complete holiday packages, including flights, stays, car rental, tours, insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
• Grow a customer base that includes both repeat travellers and new clients.
• Support customers with travel guidance such as visa advice, packing suggestions, the best time to travel, dining tips and destination do’s and don’ts.
• Earn a base wage plus uncapped incentive payments based on a percentage of sales, with no ceiling on earning potential.

Benefits and growth

For the first 90 days, your wage will be topped up to the equivalent of $65K while you get established. Typical first-year earnings for a Travel Consultant are around $70K, while Senior Consultants average $100K and Team Leaders average $138K per year, including superannuation and penalty rates.
