Sales Team Leader – Training Solutions

Job Overview

Classera is seeking a dedicated Sales Team Leader to spearhead growth by marketing and selling training solutions to corporate and government clients. This role demands expertise in B2B and B2G sales along with leadership capabilities to guide a sales team towards consistent revenue achievement.

Key Duties

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and surpass business objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in corporate and governmental sectors.
• Establish and nurture relationships with crucial decision-makers.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
• Compile accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline reports.
• Work closely with internal departments to guarantee successful delivery of projects.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Holder of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Between 5 to 7 years' experience in sales within B2B and B2G contexts.
• Prior involvement in sales of training solutions, professional development, education technology, or HR-related products.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software usage.
• Proven track record of consistently reaching sales targets.

Preferred Attributes

• Existing connections or network within Saudi government organizations and major corporate enterprises.
• Experience related to Learning & Development (L&D), Training Solutions, or EdTech sectors.
