Sales Team Leader

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to actively promote and sell our products/services at various locations including petrol pumps, shopping malls, and Reliance stores. This role involves engaging customers directly, explaining product advantages, and driving sales to meet defined targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting products at assigned venues such as petrol pumps, shopping centers, and Reliance stores.
• Engage potential customers by clearly presenting product benefits and effectively closing sales.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales goals set by the company.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer engagements and sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the reporting manager by submitting detailed daily sales reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while professionally representing the company at all times.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th, 12th Pass, or Graduate degree.
• Open to freshers; candidates with prior sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Possess strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and readiness to work in field environments.
• Proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
