About the Role
Keith Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Diploma holder in Electronics & Telecommunication for the position of Sales & Service Engineer based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role involves selling optical fiber machines and telecom equipment, providing technical support, and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell optical fiber machines, OTDR, Power Meters, and related telecom devices.
- Identify and nurture sales leads through effective lead generation techniques.
- Engage in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales processes.
- Offer technical assistance in PCB testing and component repair tasks.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of optical fiber machinery.
- Maintain and update daily reports on sales and service activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication is mandatory.
- Sound understanding of PCB testing and repair methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to handle customers effectively.
- A sales-focused approach combined with strong technical knowledge.
Work Location
The position is based at the Raipur branch of Keith Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
