Sales Operations Executive (Business Support Team)

Role Overview

Our client, a prominent multinational corporation, is looking to hire a meticulous and analytically skilled Business Operations Executive. This role focuses on supporting business planning, sales operations, reporting, inventory oversight, and coordination of supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and consolidate various business reports to aid strategic management decisions.
• Create and update dashboards, key performance indicator reports, and tools to monitor performance.
• Assist with sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory monitoring, and stock replenishment tasks.
• Liaise effectively with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to streamline operational flow.
• Track business performance regularly, detect patterns, and offer practical recommendations.
• Maintain high accuracy and data integrity in operational and commercial reporting.
• Support the processes of monthly planning, forecasting, and business review meetings.
• Help optimize inventory and advance supply planning efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel techniques, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data modeling, and handling extensive datasets.
• Solid background in generating reports, building dashboards, conducting business analysis, and aggregating data.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales operations, business planning, inventory control, and supply chain workflows.
• Experience with forecasting, stock and demand planning, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and data interpretation skills.
• Capacity to collaborate efficiently within fast-moving cross-functional teams.
