Role Overview

The Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in supporting a multifaceted sales team that serves various regions and brands. This function provides essential sales administration, CRM (Salesforce) upkeep, data analysis, and reporting support. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role ensures high data quality and aids business units including Exhibitor Marketing, Event Operations, and Customer Service in data and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM and related sales order processing systems with contract data.
  • Develop and manage forms for sales activities such as stand upsells, promotional opportunities, catalogues, and contract generation via online customer tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce business processes for sales teams.
  • Provide administrative assistance supporting sales pipelines, event floor plan inquiries, and actionable task coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with Billing, Credit Control, Customer Service, and Operations teams to transfer contracted customers post-sale for further processing.

Candidate Requirements

  • University degree holder.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident demeanor, and high enthusiasm levels.
  • Proactive and responsive in managing internal customer queries.
