Sales Manager

About the Role

We seek a dynamic and accountable Senior Sales Executive / Store Supervisor specializing in home furnishings, based in Bangalore. The role entails managing customer interactions from initial lead to successful project delivery, ensuring excellent communication, strong sales abilities, and efficient coordination with various teams to provide an outstanding customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in and online customers, accurately understanding their furnishing needs.
• Formulate quotations and successfully close sales, consistently meeting monthly targets.
• Oversee project processes including measurements, order handling, production, and installation coordination.
• Maintain proactive follow-ups to ensure project completion and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Communicate order statuses regularly and manage complaints with professionalism, fostering durable customer relations for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct site visits within Bangalore for measurements, consultations, and inspections as required.
• Supervise daily showroom activities, maintain attractive product displays, and mentor junior sales personnel to guarantee seamless operations.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years of relevant retail sales experience in interior products, furniture, or home furnishing environments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Capable of multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and Google Sheets.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler mandatory for site visits.

Working Hours and Schedule

• Working hours from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
• Weekend work is required; one weekday off weekly.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Exposure to Curtains, Wallpapers, Blinds, Furniture, Interior Design, Modular Kitchens, Home Décor, or Building Materials is advantageous.
