Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive lead conversion for residential construction projects. The role involves managing client interactions from enquiry through negotiation, ensuring smooth communication of our construction services and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into confirmed residential construction projects.
- Manage client inquiries, conduct meetings, follow up consistently, and handle negotiations effectively.
- Assess client needs and articulate construction service details, processes, and project options clearly.
- Perform site visits and maintain coordination with clients at all sales stages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals.
- Keep timely follow-ups and maintain lead data within the CRM system.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams for seamless client handover.
- Analyze market trends to identify additional business opportunities.
