Job Overview
Dagar Builders and Developers seek a Female Sales Executive for their projects in Delhi-NCR. The role involves engaging with potential customers interested in villas and residential properties, guiding them through project details, pricing, and site visits, and supporting sales closure processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding villas and residential developments.
- Welcome walk-in clients and clearly articulate project attributes and pricing structures.
- Maintain contact with leads through calls, WhatsApp messaging, and emails.
- Arrange and manage site visit schedules.
- Keep comprehensive customer records updated in CRM systems.
- Assist in processing bookings and preparing necessary sales documentation.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office applications and CRM software.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly approach towards customers.
