Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team at BMP Fitness Centre located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This position involves managing gym membership sales and addressing client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales of gym memberships along with handling client questions and concerns
• Engage with walk-in clients to present fitness packages clearly and effectively
• Follow up on potential leads and convert interest into confirmed memberships
• Build and sustain healthy relationships with clients for repeat business
• Work collaboratively with trainers and front desk personnel to streamline operations
• Keep accurate daily records of sales activities and client data
• Use computer tools for basic communication and document handling

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Strong verbal communication abilities
• Well-groomed appearance and pleasant personality
• Fundamental understanding of the fitness sector
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Confidence and professionalism in interactions
• Proven customer service and sales aptitude

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate degree
• Previous sales or fitness industry experience is advantageous

Salary and Location

Monthly remuneration ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹20,000. The job site is located at 5th Floor, Malabar Prime, 501-505, Bhakti Cir Rd, above Tanishq Showroom, opposite DEVASYA STATUS, Ankur Chokadi, New India Colony, Ankur Tenament, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380049.
