Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused Sales Executive to join our Partnerships team in London. This role carries full responsibility for managing the entire sales spectrum—from sourcing leads independently to handling inbound partnership requests—culminating in closing franchise-style business partnerships. A proactive mindset, relationship-building skills, and the ability to steer conversations confidently through negotiation and deal closure are key attributes for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire partnership sales workflow, beginning with outreach and concluding with contract signing.
- Conduct market research, outbound prospecting, and networking to identify and engage potential franchise and business partners.
- Qualify inbound partner enquiries and effectively convert promising leads into finalized agreements.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline covering target markets.
- Lead first-contact discovery meetings, understanding partners’ objectives, business models, and expansion plans.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate Houst's partnership offerings, customizing approaches per prospect.
- Maintain engagement over potentially prolonged sales cycles through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
- Negotiate partnership terms and progress deals to formalized contracts.
- Keep up-to-date CRM records and systematically report on pipeline activity, lead quality, conversion rates, and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate internally to enhance sales messaging, targeting, and partner acquisition strategies.
- Represent Houst professionally at relevant meetings, networking sessions, and events.
Candidate Requirements
- Background in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or related commercial roles.
- Demonstrable success in creating opportunities via outbound sales and managing inbound leads effectively.
- Capable of independently managing sales processes from initial contact to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining business relationships.
- Commercially savvy, persuasive, and adept at overcoming objections.
- Highly organized and disciplined in pipeline and CRM management.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, resilient, and proactive in approach.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, expanding company environment.
- Experience in sectors such as property management, hospitality, travel, franchising, or multi-location business management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Location and Schedule
- Position based in London.
- Hybrid working arrangement requiring office presence three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Why Work With Houst?
- Join a rapidly scaling international enterprise within an innovative and dynamic sector.
- Directly influence the expansion of Houst's partner network and commercial growth.
- Ownership of a complete sales cycle role with measurable business impact.

- Uncapped performance bonuses.
- Positive, cultivated company culture featuring regular social events and recognition programs.
- Hybrid working model as noted.
- Enhanced parental leave benefits supporting family priorities regardless of gender.
- Provision of a MacBook for business use.
- 25 days paid holiday annually plus public holidays, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
