Job Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team at M/s MI International in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales, specifically within the Hospitality or HORECA sectors, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business clients in the hospitality industry.
- Drive sales efforts that align with company goals through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently to achieve sales objectives.
- Travel as necessary to represent the company at conferences and client meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA degree from a reputed institute.
- Minimum of two years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the Hospitality or HORECA industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to connect with clients at multiple levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and a history of closing deals effectively.
- Self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 23,000.
