Role overview
We are working with a fast-scaling outsourced sales firm to hire multiple Sales Development Representatives for its growing office in Dubai. This is an office-based position focused on outbound business development, pipeline creation, and arranging qualified sales meetings for a varied portfolio of high-growth clients operating across international markets.
The role suits a commercially minded sales professional who is energised by outbound prospecting, enjoys speaking with senior stakeholders, and wants strong earning potential alongside clear career growth.
Compensation
The monthly base salary is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. The realistic first-year on-target earnings are AED 30,000+ per month.
Key duties
- Study target sectors, market opportunities, and prospect lists to uncover fresh business leads and build targeted outreach plans based on each client’s ideal customer profile.
- Drive outbound prospecting across channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and similar touchpoints to generate interest and create a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assess prospects by discussing their challenges, goals, budgets, and buying process, then move only well-qualified opportunities forward.
- Arrange strong-quality meetings for senior sales teams by building interest, handling objections, and clearly explaining the service offering.
- Follow up consistently with prospects, maintain engagement, and keep opportunities moving until they are ready for the sales process.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including activity, conversations, and next steps, to ensure transparent pipeline tracking.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to review campaign goals, share market feedback, and improve outreach performance and conversion rates.
- Work toward and exceed personal KPIs and revenue goals in a fast-paced environment where results are acknowledged and rewarded.
Experience and skills
Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, lead generation, or another outbound client-facing role measured by commercial outcomes. Strong knowledge of tech-focused offerings such as ERP, CRM, cyber security, data, and AI is important, along with confidence in high-volume outreach and objection handling.
Strong communication, relationship-building, organisation, time management, resilience, and a consultative sales style are essential. The ideal candidate is self-driven, target-focused, commercially aware, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales.
