Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator position is a full-time, on-site role located in Kingston, Jamaica. This role entails overseeing daily sales operations, preparing quotations, monitoring order progress, and managing delivery schedules to meet client expectations. The coordinator will handle customer inquiries, maintain precise customer records, and follow up on leads and ongoing projects. Effective collaboration with internal teams is essential, as is assisting with proposals and presentations. Monitoring inventory of promotional items and providing administrative aid to streamline sales processes are also key responsibilities. Maintaining robust customer relationships through prompt communication and excellent service is a critical aspect of the role.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven capability in sales coordination and managing sales operations to ensure efficient order and timeline handling.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills that support client requirements and contribute to enhancing revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
  • Effective organizational skills, time management, and diligent follow-up ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines concurrently.
  • Competency with office productivity software such as spreadsheets and CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Relevant experience in sales support, coordination, or client-facing roles, preferably from sectors like customer service, hospitality, or marketing.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kingston, cooperate within a team setting, and maintain a customer-focused and professional demeanor.
  • Possession of a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
