Role overview

This opening is for Sales Consultants and Customer Service Associates who can work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The role involves explaining financial and insurance products over the phone, handling customer questions, supporting sales closures, and delivering a positive service experience.

The position is based in Gurgaon, Sector 44, and is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Sales Consultant responsibilities

• Reach out to customers over the phone and explain relevant insurance and financial products.
• Identify customer needs clearly and guide conversations toward successful sales conversions.
• Work toward assigned monthly targets and keep sales activity on track.
• Respond quickly to internal communication and maintain accurate pipeline updates.

Customer Service Associate responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support customers through queries, concerns, and grievance resolution from start to finish.
• Maintain high service quality and contribute to a positive brand experience.

Candidate profile

• Education can be 12th pass or graduate level; graduation is not mandatory.
• Applicants with 0 to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Prior exposure to sales or customer support is helpful but not required.
• Strong spoken communication, interpersonal skills, and active listening are important.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling ability is expected.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with common office applications are needed.
• The ideal candidate should be quick to learn, motivated by results, self-driven, and a team player.

Compensation and growth

The annual pay range is INR 2.67 lakhs to 4.00 lakhs, along with unlimited performance-based incentives.

The role also offers exposure to financial products, experience with varied customer types, structured skill-building, and potential for quicker internal career growth.
