Responsibilities

Take charge of Record to Report (RTR) operations encompassing journal entries, month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting, adherence to IFRS and GAAP standards, SLA adherence, process enhancement, and client communications utilizing SAP or Oracle systems while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 to 10 years of experience in RTR operations within BPO or captive environments. They must possess strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP principles, hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, and BlackLine platforms, capabilities in managing month-end closings and balance sheet reconciliations, coupled with excellent skills in stakeholder relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should hold a B.Com degree in any specialization or any graduate degree.
