Sundale is looking for an experienced Roster Coordinator to support its Coolum Beach site on a permanent full-time basis. This position is central to keeping care staffing organised so residents receive dependable, high-quality support each day. Key duties

  • Create and maintain staff rosters in line with site needs, service demand, budgeted hours and team structure.
  • Manage day-to-day roster adjustments and organise relief staff when required.

  • Assign shifts according to employment agreements and roster rules.
  • Arrange leave coverage and update any roster changes or variations.
  • Check that timesheets are correct and submitted on time.
  • Respond to roster-related questions from team members.

  • Assist with broader administrative tasks as needed.
