Retail Window Cleaner

About the Role

NSS Group is seeking a Retail Window Cleaner based in Kent, England. This position involves daytime work from 5am to 1pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly, with occasional weekend shifts. The role includes attending various retail locations such as coffee shops, banks, clothing retailers, and convenience stores within your designated region to provide low-level window cleaning using both reach and wash systems and traditional tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned sites in your postcode area to complete scheduled window cleaning tasks.
• Complete around 15-20 cleaning jobs daily; travel time is compensated.
• Operate primarily alone during cleaning rounds, adhering to lone working protocols.
• Use NSS Risk Assessments and Method Statements to maintain safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a diligent work ethic and a proactive attitude.
• Have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic IT applications.
• Eligible to work in the UK with DBS checks conducted as part of the hiring process.
