Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will play an essential role in fostering a high-performance culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the store environment.

• Perform a variety of tasks across the store including customer interaction and back-of-house duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
• Support the visual appeal and merchandising of products on the sales floor to uphold the JB Hi-Fi brand and store atmosphere.
• Assist in the timely receipt, handling, and processing of stock in line with established store procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about home entertainment, music, films, technology, household appliances, or gaming.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to contribute in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong customer orientation with a goal-driven mindset.
