Role Overview
A senior retail sales executive is needed for a Firstcry.com store located at Sec 66A, Airport Road, Mohali. The position is focused on in-store retail selling and customer interaction within the baby and kids segment.
Key Work Areas
- Handle B2C selling in a retail environment.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
- Work with retail metrics and store performance basics.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store.
- Assist customers and manage day-to-day customer queries in the store.
Experience Requirement
Candidates should bring at least 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in the baby and kids category is preferred.
Working Hours
The shift timing for this role is 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Salary
The offered pay is INR 15,000 to INR 21,000 per month.
