Retail Sales Executive

Overview

Pros and Pros is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role demands active customer engagement, effective selling techniques, and meticulous store upkeep to enhance our brand presence and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide excellent service to meet their needs.
• Execute product selling strategies including upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the store and stock.
• Handle visual merchandising duties such as stock rotation, updating mannequins, and refreshing window displays.
• Manage inventory operations including stock inward processing, counting, and tagging.
• Adhere strictly to all in-store processes and compliance guidelines.
• Benefit from one weekly off day between Monday and Thursday.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as fashion retail, Quick Service Restaurants (e.g., Cafe Coffee Day, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King), or similar.
• Strong energy and enthusiasm to contribute to brand growth.
• High level of dedication and responsibility towards assigned duties.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion.
