Overview

This role is for a driven sales professional who will work alongside the Sales Manager to keep sales operations running smoothly across the UAE and broader GCC region. The position combines sales administration, customer coordination, supply chain follow-up, and support for market growth. Over time, the person in this role may also take ownership of smaller markets and build the capabilities needed for future progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales execution and market activity.
  • Liaise with customers, distributors, retailers, and internal teams to keep the order cycle moving efficiently.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide prompt, effective sales assistance.
  • Support supply chain tasks such as order tracking and delivery coordination.
  • Work with suppliers and production teams to help secure product availability and on-time dispatches.
  • Contribute to PSI planning by helping with demand forecasting and inventory tracking.
  • Track sales results and prepare routine performance reports.
  • Help identify and develop opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers, distribution partners, and business contacts.

  • Assist with product launches, promotional activities, and other sales initiatives.

Qualifications
