Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail environments such as stores, showrooms, or supermarkets. This full-time position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them professionally.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Meet individual and store-wide sales targets effectively.
• Accurately manage billing, cash handling, and operate POS systems.
• Keep product displays appealing and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Support inventory control including replenishment tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate actively in promotions and in-store events.
• Follow all company policies and retail operation protocols.

Compensation Details

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 17,000 to INR 25,000.
