Job Overview

We are currently seeking passionate Retail Assistants to join our Mount Usher store. This full-time opportunity requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service adhering to Avoca's high standards
• Maintain retail areas in alignment with the brand's best-in-class presentation standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability
• Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by supervisors
• Utilize computer skills for various store operations
• Promote gift cards and special offers proactively
• Address customer issues effectively or escalate when necessary

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail with effective merchandising skills
• Previous experience in a similar retail role preferred
• Reliable punctuality and time management
• Capability to perform well under pressure
• Proactive team player able to use initiative independently
